Anonymous 3min survey for parents of <12 years old neurodiverse children

Hello everyone,

I'm learning at London Business School and I am seeking opportunities to solve search frictions and mental health of parents who have neurodiverse children by developing social service free for parents. We are interested in parents of kids under 12 years old who don't receive EHCP.

This is personal research to develop social service because I also have 4 years old boy receiving SEN support and would like to contribute to reducing the stress of parents. 
 It is estimated that the total involvement time will be around 3min with 6 questions.
