Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024


Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

As ever, please make sure that your comments remain respectful of other people's opinions and keep to our online community house rules.

    morning all, another sleepless night for me, my body clock is messed up, sleep most of the day up at night, never mind done my chores, now watching Disney plus, hope everyone has a good day x

    Good morninnnnnnnnnnng!!! 

    My heating reset itself last night and went from manual to automatic so tried to get the temperature in my room to 21 but I had the window wide open so that's going to cost me a lot in gas!!! :( 

    I'm so hungry today, I've been trying to eat well but I'm craving piles of buttery toast this morning!! Trying hard not to cave but not sure I'll manage :D 

    Saw on the TV that adhd med supplies are meant to last towards MAY but that also medication like breast cancer drugs and HRT are running low too. Scary

    I've been good and didn't cave!! Had a protein bar and some fruit. Soooo hungry again now though and the toaster is calling me :D Bread and toast is always my downfall. I'm going to stop buying it for a while I think!!

    -5 is coooooold! Has it warmed up now?
