I’d love some help on LCWRA dates. Sick note 19-9-2023. Awarded LWCRA on the 28-02-2024. Assessment 30-27. I get paid on 5th and 19th. Didn’t fill in form or attend assessment but still awarded. Thanks in advance x

Your waiting period will be Sept to Dec.. LCWRA starts from 30th Dec to 29th Jan and first payment will be 5th Feb.
This is assuming you continued to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made and you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.
Money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Welcome to the community @missmj I hope you find what you're looking for here! I don't think I can answer your first question any better than Poppy already has, so I'll just ask you how your day is going?
If you've any other questions please do feel free to ask awayThey/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
