Hi I’m Fiona and I was diagnosed with pmdd in june 2022 I’m just looking for a bit more information about pmdd as my worst symptom is not being able to concentrate properly when people are talking to me and I struggle to have a conversation with people for about 3 to 4 days a month due to my pmdd and wondered if anyone else has the same problem
