@Stayce I was just wondering what does Listener/Whisper/Chatterbox etc used for? Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @DannyBoy2541
Great to hear from you - glad you are getting the chance to look around the community discussions and support fellow members
These are a kind of ranking system - but a friendly one based on number of contributions made and discussions generated and the number of likes from within the community for the help and support you offer to fellow members
Thought you might find this interesting how the categories were decided on the community

Welcome Danny Boy,
do you have any success with your medication for epilepsy? Mine is uncontrollable. Currently on keppra 1000 mg twice a day oxcarbazapine 900mg twice a day and diazepam which just keeps being increased!
Any advice?
take care Emma -
Thank you and yes I have had some success because I don't have them all the time. I have Focal seizures every 2-6 weeks. I take Tegretol 600mg twice a day and I take Buccolam when one starts which is 5mg I also take Clobazam 10mg if I feel one come on. @emkins40

Hi Danny,
Welcome to the site; looking forward to getting to know you and learning more about other disabilities (I have ASD myself.)

Certainly. I managed to work for twenty-one years in the public sector, but always had issues there! Mine is mainly social, with environmental elements being key to staving off excess anxiety. I can carry out eye contact, but am not hugely keen on too much social interation.Jo, aka 'Mrs Logic'

Thats cool that you were able to work what did you do? and is your social skills getting better? @MrsLogic

I was a civil servant for years, the job changed over time and the nicer management team were replaced by younger, meaner and difficult people to work for. My social skills vary - I still get very nervous with new things - for example, I like to attend adult education classes, but that doesn't stop me getting worried beforehand!Jo, aka 'Mrs Logic'

That's cool my auntie used to be a civil servant now retired and I myself get nervous with new things but that's because I'm nervous of having a fit in public @MrsLogic

Sorry for the delay in replying Danny. Do you also have epilepsy or is it related to meltdowns?Jo, aka 'Mrs Logic'

My brother-in-law does too - it's a tricky condition. Do you manage it via medication?Jo, aka 'Mrs Logic'
