Hi my name is jackie

I have systemic lupus but also spondylosis in my neck thoracic region and lumber spine also osteoporosis looking for answers to a few questions i am having major sleep problems due to pain in most of my spine and hips at night while in bed not finding sitting too comfy either and can only manage short walks before my upper back is stiff and painful anyone else share my symptoms

    I'm wondering if you've checked with your local authority if there's anything they can do to help adapt your house and help you get around the house more easily?
