Disable Access Around Birmingham City Centre - Dissertation Questionnaire

I wanted to ask a favor.

A friend of mine is doing her dissertation on how accessible birmingham city centre is for people with disabilities. I was hoping that if I post a copy of her questionairre that some of you would you mind answering it to give her broader results to work with.
