My name is Kenneth [Personal information removed by moderator] Iv applied for pip Iv send off the claim but unable to sent the pip2 forms as my support worker as she's got a different job. If it's possible I'd like to book a home visit if possible as I'm living with one shoulder blad the last 2 years so I need help to sort pip out going forward sadly

You’ve also posted your personal information such as full name and NI number and anyone can see those. To protect yourself scope do not allow personal information.
