Hi, I'm Sophia, I live in Leeds, I'm autistic and have dystonia. I'm currently unable to work and although I have three children to keep me busy I'm feeling a bit lost! I also live with my husband and dog Daisy :)

    Sounds like you have a busy household! In what way are you feeling lost? There are lots of members here with lots of experiences that may be similar to yours. If you'd like a distraction you could go to our Coffee Lounge for some general chit chat, or our Games Den.

    I'm used to being a lot more independent than I am at the moment and the pain from my dystonia is quite bad at the so I'm taking a lot of medication which makes me feel sleepy. I feel like I've lost my purposeto be honest. I'll have a look at the groups thank you 😊.
