can someone tell me if i can still claim carers allowance if im accepted for lcwra?And how would i keep carers instead of carers element?

LCWRA is part of UC it's not a benefit on it own. Claiming Carers allowance at the same time as UC is no financial gain because the carers allowance is just deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
There are some advantages to claiming it such as class 1 NI credits, whereas UC is just class 3. For Carers allowance you can receive the payments weekly but UC is monthly.
Are you claiming UC with a partner? If so and your partner cares for the disabled person for at least 35 hours per week they can claim carers element for their self.
