Help with food

in Start here and say hello!

Ive tried calling everyone such as food banks council to get help i don't have.no one and I don't get paid till Friday, does anyone no of help j cab get to help me for 2 days

Please phone numbers etc would be appreciated

    Hi @jam1983 I'm so sorry to hear you need help with food. The only links I have would be for the Trussel Trust food banks, I don't know if you've tried them already? They may also be able to suggest someone local to try.

    Hi they been closed all over Xmas till 2nd January,

    Ive called everyone but everyone is closed

    Does anyone have any contact numbers to help me with some food

    Hi jam, I suggest any large supermarket tomorrow with whatever loose change you can find. The food will be marked down. Ask somebody to help you pay or speak to a member of staff.

    Nobody wants you to be hungry tonight or tomorrow. I notice takeaway shops giving away hot food before they close. A church or community centre is another possibility for a hot meal if you can google your area.

    Hi @jam1983, I'm sorry to read the predicament you're in.

    Look up to see if there is a soup kitchen, Foodcycle or something similar near you. Good luck, I really hope you find something.
