Hi folks, I am not physicaly disabled but being treated for depression, joined lookoing for information to help my parents and inlaws but I may also be able to contibute to this forum to help others.

Hi I am severely disabled but one of my daughters suffers with depression so I know where you are coming from, take care of yourself and be kind to yourself as well x
