Just saying hi

Arsenal67

Hi ya 😁my name is Gen.signed up a long time ago but just decided to introduce myself today enjoying my lazy Saturday. I am originally from North London but living in Suffolk. I like dogs, football, going to see shows at The Regent Theatre & pub lunches to name but a few. Would like to chat & make some new friends as I am quite isolated

Well hey there @Arsenal67 and a belated welcome to the community, I'm glad you said hi. 😁

Sorry you're feeling isolated, have you looked into anything local you could take part in? But you're certainly in the right place for friends, I recommend checking out the coffee lounge, that's where most of the regulars hang out and chat. Or indeed, start up your own discussion. 😁

Thank you for the welcome. As for joining in locally I also have M.E. also known as Chronic Fatigue syndrome which makes me really limited in what I can do & it's literally impossible to commit to anything. I will try the coffee lounge, ta 😁

No problem @Arsenal67 I have a few friends with ME so I know how tough it can be when you suddenly "run out of spoons" for the day. I'll catch you in the coffee lounge soon. 😊

Arsenal67

Yeah, it's a tough chronic illness to have especially if you have a disability already. See you in the coffee lounge 😁
