Hello I just want to ask a question I have a carer and appointee and descriptor following a journey I can’t go out without another person with me I got 12 points for and sometimes I drive without anyone with me just once or twice a week just to shops and back for food is this classed as fraud do I need to report change of circumstances?

The PIP descriptor that applies is the one that applies the majority of the time. If you are unable to leave the house to follow a familiar route for more than three days without someone to accompany you for PIP purposes you are unable to leave the house without someone to accompany you. The fact you can go out some days alone doesn't matter.

So for example if I go out 2 days a week and if someone is watching me from the pip fraud team will I get prosecuted or do I need to report change of circumstances now to let them know ? I’m just really nervous and scared always that I’m bein watched0 -

I'm not saying it is fraud or you are doing anything wrong buf my question would be if you can do it a couple of days what stops you doing it other days?
Is the shop the only place you go alone
Pip are not in the habit or have the resources to watch people who claim but will do so if sineb8dt has been reported of benefit fraud0 -
