i have a date and time for phone assessment to review pip 
however I received a call day before actual plan date I didn’t get to call on time 
why would pip be calling me day before review

They often ring before the assessment time to just give you a reminder of the assessment. Or they may have been ringing to cancel the assessment for one reason or another. Has the assessment now been completed?
