I was due to have an ESA interview today but they didn’t call. Is this normal? What happens now? I couldn’t Sleep last night because I was worried about this phone call. I’ve been so anxios all morning and they don’t even bother to call, text, rearrange, warn me, nothing

Welcome to the community @JamieT123
I can imagine that'd be quite stressful! Especially if you'd worked yourself up in preparation for the call.
Would you feel able to call them, to check what's happened?0 -
You can ring the Health Assessment Advisory Service to ask. 0800 288 8777.

Hi @JamieT123 have you been able to find out what happened since you last posted?0

You were prepared for the call, they didn't call. Not your fault, just email them to that effect.
Wait for them to contact you, you don't have to chase them.0 -
I'm sorry this has happened to you0
