Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

Your existing award will be paid while the MR is being considered (if you mean you have an award made by the decision you are now challenging).

Difficult to comment on what you have read without seeing the context.

If, after MR, you then decide to go to tribunal service whatever award is confirmed by the MR decision will be paid while waiting for the tribunal.

Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
