I didn't expect to be so upset and downright appauled at this but I just recieved my PIP claim back and they are insisting theres NOTHING wrong with me, they scored me 0 in every catagory and claimed my disabilities (which are heavily documented from birth and perminant) don't even exist.
I was applying for Dyspraxia and also mentioned my ADHD and Dyslexia as they tie in but my claim was for my Dyspraxia, they haven't even acknowledged this at ALL.
They only mentioned the Dyslexia and said it doesn't effect me as I can read and claimed I'm lying about Anxiety (when I never even mentioned of claimed for Anxiety) and straight up say I have no 'learning disabilities' (so I guess the years of occupational therepy and special classes where just for fun then where they???).
They completely ignored the fact that I can't use eating utensils and have been underweight my whole life and say 'since I have no eating disorder' I score zero.
They claim since I drive an unadapted automatic car that I can't have anything wrong with me.
I really don't even know what to do now. I though maybe I would get it back and they would claim I scored too low etc... but I never expected to be completely called a liar and told theres nothing wrong with me.
I never thought they would be this undermining and straight up offensive to my struggles to just decide a life time of medical issues 'don't exist'.

If she sees a post and she is in a position to help, then she will do so.
But her notifications are turned off.
@BrokenDoll someone will be along soon who will give you good advice about what to do next. Please don't worry and get upset.1 -

OP, all you can do now is challenge the decision.BrokenDoll said:I really don't even know what to do now.

Review the information you have already supplied and if you have anything to add submit it with the MR. If you haven't done so already, add examples of what happens when you attempt the PIP activities.3 -
I'm so sorry @BrokenDoll that you had to go through all of that.
I echo Calcotti's advice and would also suggest talking to your GP's secretary(s) to get copies of your medical records if you don't have them all already. Just to double check, as you said this has all been happening since birth.0
