Hi, I had a telephone assessment 2 weeks ago and a text this morning to say…. 
We have not yet made a decision on your PIP claim. We will write to you when we have made a decision. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change’

But they are closed today!

You don't need to contact them unless your circumstances have changed so it doesn't matter whether or not they are closed.

These texts are automated, so they didn't need to be open to send it out to you. Is there anything you were wanting to contact them about?
