Mandatory reconsideration advice?

Hello all!

I will be submitting my MR as I’ve been awarded only standard living allowance (scored 10points) and nothing for motability (4points). I don’t agree with this as I cannot make any journeys by my own and even walk more that 200m due to pain. I have mentioned that on my assessment. But looks like she did not acknowledge it. I have submitted all my evidence. I don’t have anything more than that. Is it necessary to do this? Can I just write all of it in the letter ? I have requested my assessment report.
Also, I had a call from DWP after my assessment and lady on the phone asked me about my medication and I gave her a list. She asked why I wasn’t referred to pain clinic- I confirmed that I requested that but never heard back. She also pointed that my conditions will last for whole my life. Although I was awarded only till November 2024. I really don’t understand this …

any davies for MR are more than welcome! Should I go through whole list of questions what I think I should received (in points) and explain why?

Just send what you have if if nothing extra it doesn't matter. Just explain why you think you score points. You only need to discuss the points you agree with. On descriptors when you agree the point score you can simply say "I agree with the points awarded for xxxx."

Getting the assessment report is unnecessary.

Make sure you understand the descriptors.

Being able to walk more than 50 m but not more than 200m would result in a score of 4 points.

Why can't you go out on your own?

You can challenge the length of the award.

I cannot walk or stand too long due to my heath condition and pain. I’m not able to make any journey by my own either this is due to mental and physical conditions - I’m not able to drive by car / taxi or bus by my own as I’m not able to walk without assistance but if this would be only this I would figure out something as I did years ago. But due to mental issues my anxiety and Bipolar I’m not able to. It’s too stressful. I had to move to work from home permanently due to all those issues and basically working from bed.

Use the assessment guide to help out where you think you should have scored points and set this out.

Get advice if you can and it will help.
