Hello i am new to here. I just want to ask I applied pip 4 months ago and i got text message saying that decision not made yet. Assessment was over the phone by independent agency they never ask me to send any evidence about my condition i wonder how they are going to make decisions?

On the PIP2 form it gives a list of the evidence they want to see and another list of the evidence they don't want to see.Now the assessment is completed a report will be written and returned to DWP. From that a decision maker will look at the report and all evidence you sent, including the form you returned and make a decision from that.

I didn’t fill out any form they never send me i mean they suppose to send but they didn’t. Than i got letter from independent assessment service with appointment face to face. Than they called me before 1 hour and they said face to face system not working. Than we did the assessment over the phone and the person never asked me to send any evidences. I assuming they will decide with evidences. But she did asked me all the problems that i am having.0
