Can I change to a telephone/video call?

Hi. I am awaiting a date for a tribunal. I’m trying to claim for my mental health. When my husband filled the form in he stated I would attend a face to face hearing.
I am having so many regrets that I just want to cancel the full claim. The thought of having to go and attend is making me ill. I shake and cry and suffer from high heart rate visiting my regular GP so I don’t know how I can even cope with this.
the stress and anxiety over it is phenomenal. I can’t eat or sleep thinking about it. Can my husband ring them and ask them to change to a call or video call? Thank you.
First time poster.

Most ‘face to face’ hearings are currently conducted as video hearings. There is no harm in ringing the tribunal service that video or telephone is what you would prefer.

Thank you. I hope I get one. The thought of travelling and sitting with a room full of strangers is making me question the full claim.
    thank you again.
