Is there a way to get through to the automated service that tells you when next payment is? I called and it said they are closed. I don't need a human lol

Unfortunately not because it's the helpline it's connected to, as you correctly said, it's closed. PIP is paid every 4 weeks, are you able to count from the last payment you had?

Has the first ever PIP payment on 29 December. That was around a bank holiday, so I'm not sure when next one will be0

Do you mean "had" not has? If so then that wasn't a bank holiday and that would have been your normal payment day. This means your next payment will be Thursday 26th January. Your payment day will always be a Thursday.Ikonik said:Has the first ever PIP payment on 29 December.
