hi everyone ... i applied for pip in august 2022 i had a telephone appointment in September
i received a text to say they received all they needed on the 22nd sept 2022 ....then on october the 7th i received another text to say they haven't made a decision yet ... i haven't heard anything since just wondering if anyone else in same situation

There are many things that can delay the decision making process and not just backlogs. If your assessment report was chosen for audit that can delay the process considerably, especially if it's there for longer than a few weeks.You can ring PIP for an update and they will give you any information they have. However, once the report is returned it can take anything up to 3 months, sometimes longer for a decision.1
