How do I contact E.S.A.  via email what with me being autistic epileptic, P.E. and many more conditions that I don't think they've ever had to deal with?

You can't contact them through email. You can either write a letter (but they may not respond) or you'll need to ring them. Which number you need to ring will depend whether it's the old legacy ESA or New style ESA.

For JSA and Income Support, contact your Jobs and Benefits office. For ESA, contact the ESA Centre.

If you have an appointee they could make the call on your behalf, you just need to sit next to them to help answer any security questions.

I hope this is helpful, and please let us know how you get on as and when you can.
