I live in Thailand and need to inform you of my address change. Can I do this with a message (eg email) with a NI number? Phoning the UK from here is always difficult and expensive, especially when I have to wait for a customer adviser to become available. So please can we do this online? I can provide you with whatever info you need NI number, DOB, previous address etc. Thanks.

This is an online forum so you will not be able to change any sort of details here. If it’s the DWP you need to contact then unfortunately you will have to phone.

Please can you let me have a DWP phone number that works from outside the UK? The numbers they show online only work within the UK. Thanks

Which benefits are you curently claiming? Do DWP know you're not living in UK?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I'm not aware of any other phone number to ring any DWP department other than what's listed on Gov website.
