Are reviews suspended or not?

in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Getting confused on if reviews for ESA are still suspended or not. 

I'm not talking new claims only reviews. 

Some on other forums have said they have received an ESA50 but I thought they were suspended. 

Am I right that reviews for ESA as in my mom's last assessment was in 2020 and if suspended she won't get a ESA50 in the post anytime soon since their suspended, am I correct their suspended still?

    Yes they are still suspended. I've not heard or seen anything that suggests otherwise. Change of circumstances are continuing.

    Thanks @poppy123456 , I knew you'd be able to help. 

    I've not seen that many just a few on other forums saying they received a ESA50 but maybe it's due to a changed of circumstances. 

    I know their was a member on here who said they received a ESA50 but they seem to be a deleted member now so no idea why they got the ESA50 but I thought I was right they are suspended.
