Can Child maintenance trigger LCWRA?

Hello my question is. Since child maintenance and LCWRA are DWP. Can it actually trigger LCWRA assessment? Clearly they will see in their files everything once child maintenance claim is being made. Or am wrong, thank you.

    Child maintenace is completely ignored for UC. It has nothing to do with LCWRA and will not trigger a review. Reviews are currently suspended anyway.

    And as far as I know DWP have no involvement with child maintenance.

    Ok . Thank you I don't know why I thought it's part of DWP. Maybe because of this logo with crown.
