My Sister has had a Fall

Hi to all,
My Sister has had a Fall in the Bathroom of a Nursing Home how do I go about complaining she is Obviously not been watched close enough what can be done to ensure this is Put Right.
I did inform them that she is not stable on her feet and she shuffles when walking.
Advise would be helpfull please.

I've never had to put in a complaint about a care home before, but AGE UK have put up advice on their website that I think is very helpful.0 -
Hi @Sparklebright63 does your sisters care plan reflect the help she needs in the bathroom. If so then you can them complain it wasn't followed. If they don't have a care plan then every home should be following this. If you get no joy contact
