Hi I'm wanting some advice so iv been with my employer 6 years I'm thinking of leaving for a nother job my holidays started 6th January 2023 if I leave this month will I gey all my 28days holiday and also will I have to give notice as can't seem to find my contract

    The amount of notice required is determined by your contract.

    You are entitled to any holiday says that you have accrued for the part year. Again your contract will say when the holiday year runs and whether unused holiday is carried forward.
