Pleas be kind very upset regard to pip report

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA
Written afew times before , I'm going to tribunal next week for pip , first assessment two pints daily living only, Mandatory Reconsideration 6 points daily living four points mobility,after a brief discussion and a offer of standard mobility only I decided to go to tribunal fine, but today I received the manager report I agree totally with the standard mobility and everything she has said I report this lady never asked me one question about daily living, not one but apparently has taken the points off me on her report for daily living  I'm at a total loss how can this happen does it matter or will tribunal be a clean slate I will argue point by point at tribunal but I'm so so upset by this, advice please I'm at point I just don't want to try

    It doesn’t matter whether DWP have removed any points because you have no award in place anyway. When you attend your hearing you will be going in with no points.

    The tribunal is an independent look at your entitlement.

    So they will look at everything with a fresh face so to speak??? Will they look at the fact she has recommended standard mobility and offered me that? And thanks for replying

    Yes they will look at everything. It’s a completely fresh start. What you should be doing is concentrating on the weaknesses in your evidence.

    I have and have included statements from family of how they care for me, will the tribunal look at bits or all if I say I agree with the mobility side but not daily living will they concentrate on those questions???

    They will consider all your evidence. They will also be asking questions about your health condition on the day of the hearing.

    You don't have a mobility award because you declined the offer so you have nothing to agree with.

    Sorry what I meant was I agree with dwp latest award regarding offer of standard mobility

    Yes I know what you meant. As I advised, you were offered that award but you refused it so there’s no award in place to agree with.

    Nonetheless DWP should inform tribunal that they offered the mobility award which indicates that they now consider that you qualify for it.

    @charl1980 Good luck at your tribunal. I really admire your determination to get the outcome that's right for you. We will be around anytime before if you need some last minute pointers or words of encouragement.

    How are you feeling about it now? Will you have someone with you for support?

    My partner is coming with me it's such a frightening and scary experience and I suppose I have nothing to lose, I'm worried how the dwp will question me , is it like a defense trial xx

    There's not always a DWP representative at the hearing. No, it's not a court and you're not on trial. It's a Tribunal and you'll be asked various questions about your health condition and how it affects you.

    It is definitely not a trial. It is inquisitorial, not adversarial. The tribunal has a duty to make a decision on your claim. They are independent of DWP. The questions they are ask will be to help them understand your difficulties so that they can make an informed decision. Even if there is a DWP representative the tribunal will likely take more note of what you say than what DWP say - you are the one who knows the difficulties you have
