You have posted on a public forum and scope have nothing to do with DWP. You've given your personal details including your phone number and home address. Anyone can see those so please edit your comment and remove those details. I'm sure your neighbour won't be happy you've posted their number on a public forum. I flagged your comment to the scope team.3

At the top of your comment on the right hand side there's a small cog, click on it and edit your comment to remove your personal details. You only have 59 minutes from posting your comment to edit it, otherwise you'll be out of time and only a member of the scope team can edit after that time. You really do need to be very very careful giving personal details on any internet forum. If you don't recieve a code from ESA then you'll need to contact them on Monday morning when they open.1

Welcome to the community @millwalltony65
Thank you for joining us!
Would you feel comfortable calling ESA on Monday? Could you borrow next door's phone to do this? I know it can be difficult to get through to them. Many people find it's best to call first thing in the morning, when they open.
I'm sorry to hear that you live with anxiety and depression, too. Are you receiving any support to help you manage your mental health conditions at the moment?
