Hi I am a mobility user and not happy my new car which was due for Delivery Aug 2022 is still on order with no date. Yet if I go in to Vauxhall and order the same Mokka it is a 2 to 3 month period for delivery . This seems very unfair, taking advantage of disabled people. Anybody else finding this??

There are many delays with a lot of dealers. Just because it tells you online that delivery will be 2-3 months on the same car, it doesn't mean that's when it will be.Just today i received a news letter from motability saying that the delays are expected to last all of this year.0

Welcome to the community @pt123
I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting a long time for your car. I can imagine this would be really frustrating! Are you able to cope okay in the meantime?0 -
Thank you for updates, yes I am able to cope as I still have my previous car, it has been continued. With all the problems in todays world I am grateful I have the car. Mobility have been good over the last 10 years, Poppy I hear what you say and I will wait. Sometimes a combination of pain, depression and bloody Parkinson's make me a bit more grumpy and intolerant to things. Thank you

It sounds really positive that you are able to cope @Pt123. It is completely ok and understandable to have some days where you are grumpier than others.
Not least when you experience a combination of pain, depression and Parkinson's. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything else we can do to support you0 -
I'm glad to hear that you still have access to your previous car @pt123. That's good!
I'm sure we can all relate to being a little less tolerant when we're feeling down, in pain, or frustrated. Are you receiving support to help you manage your conditions at the moment?0
