Hi All, my Wife has CMT and normally copes as well as can be expected with the limitations it brings, however recently she has found that she needs more emotional support than I can give, dont get me wrong I back her up in everything but having that she finds that some kind of an outlet is needed, can anyone tell me of a support group or Day Centre in Sandwel that she could go to for help?

Hi @bazt
I can see that you've made a similar post about groups for you and your partner could attend, which I've responded to. But I can see that this one is a little different.
It's understandable that your wife may need another outlet. This is really normal! I found a page on Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's website about day services and opportunities in the area, which you might find helpful to read.
Do you mind me asking if your wife has considered therapy or counselling at all? This is something she could speak to her GP about. She could also refer herself for support through the NHS IAPT service.0
