I was fined. Have I any grounds to appeal?

I was left with a fined.. seems my wheel was touching yellow Line of disabled parking bay box...
Have I any grounds to appeal

Hi @BabelGen11_6 my name is Jaide and I am a member of Scope I'm sorry to hear that you have been fined I have been fined on numerous occasions for parking to long, not parking in a bay and not ha the time clock. What type of car park is it because some car parks they can't force you to pay. However be careful because one time we thought that and they kept increasing the price but on occasions we just didn't pay for it. Do you have photographic evidence?

Hi thanks for the response.. it  was disabled parking for  NHS hospital ..run by ParkingEye.

I would contact them and try and challenge the fine and ask for photo evidence

No problem did you know if it was NHS you don't have to pay
