It means the decision maker has agreed that the carers element can be paid from when the changes took place (4/7/2022) so you will be owed the extra money from that assessment period.Money owed will be paid separately from your usual UC amount and can take a few weeks to pay what is owed.I can also see your full name on that link so have flagged it to a member of the scope team because personal information isn't allowed here to protect yourself and others.1
