I suffer with Autsim Sleep, back issues irritable leg anxiety isolation PTSD.
in lock down I had to go though this alone I filled paper work out wrong because I had no help, I couldn’t get to regular appointments . I had to go through phone calls and end them due to crying being overwhelmed . I had to sit in a tribunal and ask Question's and was told how to answer and because I was talking they said I couldn’t have communication issues because I’m answering there Question's correctly when I knew I wasn’t and couldn’t because I was upset. I was denied having 0 points for everything when I have proof. I tried to get help but for some reason I don’t ever get the help I need . I wanted justice for telling me I don’t have Autsim when I have proof and I don’t have problems with my back when I’ve got 3 slipped disc and so on. I dunno how people do this I’ve been citizens advice they don’t seem very helpful to me I’ve been going there years and never got help from them.

PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. A diagnosis, is rarely in question. When was the decision made on the Tribunal? If it was more than 1 month ago you're outside of the timescales which you can request the statement of reasons. You can't take it any further without finding the error in law. You can't just appeal it because you think the decision was wrong. You can use this link to see if there's any other advice agencies local to you other than Citizens Advice. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
