Just wanted to share my experience. I claimed by phone Oct 22. Did not send form back. I got a letter for assessment November 22. Had phone assessment Dec 22. Had text today to say been awarded rang to find out more I got enhanced daily living untill 2025. Iv since found out through this site that because I have mental health issues I must have a vunrability marker hence straight to assessment. I have not sent any medical evidence either. Iv been put off applying for years because of the stress ot seemed it was going to be.
Anyone who has been like me and not applied please do it's not stressful at all, get the money you need to help you. Some of my problems stem from childhood and the healthcare professional asked me questions about my school life and childhood.
