What do you mean by the PIP awards scheme?
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

There's no middle rate for PIP, it's either standard or Enhanced. The only scheme i know of when claiming Enhanced mobility is the mobility scheme for vehicles or wheelchairs/mobility scooters. For this you exchange your mobility award for either of those. https://www.motability.org.uk/

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I have no idea if it would be of any interest to you, it depends if you want either a vehicle, scooter or power wheel chair.
I don't know what you mean by "i thought it all changed to PIP automatically" You can check the motability scheme through the link i posted above.
