People you have to stop thinking that motobility is a charity and owned by five banks  , please go to Google and ask it who owns the so called charity,  they pay there ceo £1.7 million per year (2019)
They were being investigated by the government in 2018 but that seems to have disappeared,  trust me they are nothing more than a leasing company , the reason they became a charity is so they don't pay vat etc, and go to trust pilot and put in reviews for motobility uk you will be amazed and some what sad

    Welcome to the community @658para :) It sounds as though this is a topic about which you're quite passionate.

    Is this report from the National Audit Office what you're referring to? I don't think it's something I've looked into before.
