Attendance allowance. I can't get vehicle tax exemption. I consider this discrimitary

I get attendance allowance for disability but can't get vehicle tax exemption as people on DLA and PIP can. I consider this very discrimitary.

    The reason for this is because AA doesn't have the mobility part like DLA and PIP.
