Morning all.. 😊

I am asking this question hypothetically as I was thinking about it last night.
I hope it makes sense (and it isn't a silly question!)

If you are awarded a qualifying benefit (for CWP) which is then backdated (and has included a time when a cold weather payment was awarded) would you then be entitled to (any) CWP made during in your backdated period?

I'm curious, as I'm sure lots of people would be entitled in theory.

Thanks for reading 😊

I don't think any question is silly if you don't know the answer. Yes i would definitely think so. You would need to put a message on the journal to ask about this.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
