I am asking this question hypothetically as I was thinking about it last night.
I hope it makes sense (and it isn't a silly question!)
If you are awarded a qualifying benefit (for CWP) which is then backdated (and has included a time when a cold weather payment was awarded) would you then be entitled to (any) CWP made during in your backdated period?
I'm curious, as I'm sure lots of people would be entitled in theory.
