Hello Alex_Scope There is very much more than the law requires to do to protect the elderly and disabled; we have been very self sufficient and self reliant and its been a good thing we are able to cope to a degree, I have an older son who comes over from time to time but I miss the friendliness of a neighbourhood that 'just pops in' - people seem too much in a hurry.0
