Good evening to everyone
I need some advice from you, please
Since September my health is getting worse and on 12/10/22 I report a health change but I forgot to submit After one week I had another sick note from 21/10/22 to 22/01/23. I received the uc50 form and I returned it on 02/12/22
And still waiting for the assessment, today I submit a new sick note from 20/01/23 till 20/04/23 my quotation is whether it will count from when I reported the health change or from when I submitted a sick note do you know for how long it will take for my assessment?

When you report a health condition you are expected to report a fit note within 7 days of that. If you don't then if found to have LCWRA it can affect when it's paid from. When it's paid from exactly will depend on the dates of your assessment periods or what date you usually receive your money each month. There are long delays in a lot of areas so it could be quite sometime before you hear anything. Most people have assessments and most are by telephone, some are also by video call or face to face.0
