Which R the Best Safest Message Apps for 2023 as the One I have will be obsolete soon?

Any good ideas would be appreciated.

    I use WhatsApp but you need your phone number to use so if you don't want to reveal your phone number not a good choice 

    I have used kik before which doesn't use your number

    Most social media accounts have a messaging section to them. You can always set one up with private settings if you don't want to be public on social media. 

    The other option is, have you thought about going back to email? I can get an email from my friend quicker than a message most days!  :D
