Hello
I am new on here and desperate for some advice please. 
I plucked up the courage to apply for pip. I have chronic lymphatic leukaemia and after having chemo I now have a damaged immune system. I also had a brain tumour and the surgery resulted in having my hearing nervr removed so now deaf in one ar causing all sorts of balance problems. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. All this has a huge impact on my day to day life. 
I had my assessment but scored zero points, I know I did not answer questions very well due to being so anxious but the report included things that were untrue and I wasn't asked anything about my immune system and how it affects me. 
I feel I should apply to be reconsidered, but do I say the report was very untrue, for example it said I can walk around a supermarket, fill the trolley and then unload it and pack the items..... this is just untrue. Please can you advise me on what and how to say the report is extremely incorrect.

    You should put the Mandatory Reconsideration request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.

    It's fine to point out a couple of obvious errors in the report but you shouldn't focus wholly on report because doing so will not get you a PIP award.

    If you haven't done this already then you should give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

    The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision remains the same. If this happens you can proceed to Tribunal. MR decisions can take anything up to 12 weeks.
