Hi good afternoon I have recently been told that my back dated pip Is being sent over to DWP debt management To pay back my overpayment of tax credits from 2010 can this be done

They can 'claw-back' over-payments, but what you might be able to do, is see if you can arrange for over payments to be paid back over time as there is a 'cost of living' crisis. See what they say. Also check the detail of what they are claiming.
