    Hello @Johnk123

    Welcome to the community! :)

I've popped your post in our Universal Credit section of the forum. LCWRA is for Limited Capability For Work and Work Related Activity. It means that they understand there are certain barriers for you when it comes to applying for work.

For example, when I was on limited capability, I couldn't apply for jobs that involved heavy lifting as I have a stoma. You also get extra money for that award, it will all be in the letter :)

The only thing I can think of is that you need to accept your new claimant commitments and they are doing that through a phone call. Your new commitments will be just to agree to report any changes.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Can I just check that the decision was definitely Limited Capability for Work Related activity. (LCWRA) and not just Limited Capability for work. (LCW)?
