How do I claim road tax exemption I are a blue badge holder

Being a blue badge holder doesn't exclude you from road tax (VED). You'll need to be claiming either Enhanced mobility PIP or high rate mobility DLA to be entitled to this. Please also be aware that if you do claim any of those benefits and you do claim the disabled road tax, the vehicle must only be used for your purposes. https://www.disabledmotoring.org/motoring/road-tax-exemptionIf you're claiming standard mobility PIP then you can claim 50% reduction but again the vehicle can only be used for your purpose. https://www.disabledmotoring.org/motoring/road-tax-50-reduction
