Hi guys can anyone tell me what the eligibility is for the cost of living payment as my uc award this month is £0 but I also get pip and my partner gets state pension and carers element thank-you

    You will get the £150 payment for PIP (as long as you still claiming it around spring/summer when the qualifying dates are announced)whether you will get the £300 UC payment in spring depends on whether you receive a (non nil) payment during the qualifying dates, unfortunately that information hasn't been published yet so I can't say if you will be entitled or not.  Your partner may also be entitled to the Winter fuel payment at the end of the year.
